Terms of Service

1. Who can use SuperdayReps

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• Some features need a verified school email. You may only use a school email that is yours.
• You may hold one account. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself.
• You may not use SuperdayReps if we have previously closed an account of yours.

2. Our content and data

Everything on SuperdayReps that we did not get from you is ours or licensed to us: the question bank and every question, answer and explanation in it; the guides and articles; the recruiting cycles, deadlines, events, postings and news we collect and organize; the market and league table data as we present it; the mock interview prompts, rubrics and feedback; leaderboards and ratings; and the design, code and software behind all of it. Together we call this the Content.

We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content inside SuperdayReps to prepare for your own interviews. That is the whole license. In particular you may not:

• copy, download, scrape, crawl, mirror, extract or collect the Content, in bulk or over time, by hand or with any script, bot, browser extension, API client or other automated means;
• use the Content, or any data derived from it, to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate or prompt any machine learning or AI model, or to build a dataset;
• reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, rent or otherwise make the Content available to anyone else, including to another prep service, a club, a forum or a course;
• access SuperdayReps by any means other than the interfaces we provide, probe or test its security, or work around any rate limit, access control or technical measure;
• share your account, or let someone else use your access to reach the Content.

We monitor for this. If we find it we may close the account, block the source, and pursue every remedy the law allows, including for breach of these terms and for unauthorized access to a computer system. Where the law gives us the right to stop it without an agreement, this section is in addition to that right, not instead of it.

3. Nothing here is verified

Information here about banks, deadlines, events and the recruiting process is gathered from public sources and from students. None of it is verified fact, and it can be out of date. Confirm anything you plan to act on with the firm itself.

SuperdayReps is a practice tool. It is not career advice, legal advice, financial advice or a promise about any outcome. A score, a rating, a rank or a piece of mock interview feedback is an estimate made by our software and not a judgement of you, and no firm sees it. Decisions about where to apply, when, and what to say in an interview are yours.

4. What you post

You can post on SuperdayReps: in the feed, in comments, in messages, on Community Intel, in event and job submissions, and in what you say in a mock interview. Anything you post is yours. By posting it you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce and distribute it inside SuperdayReps and to use it to run and improve the product, for as long as it is on SuperdayReps and, for anything already shared with other members, for as long as they have it.

You are responsible for what you post. You agree that you will not post anything that:

• you do not have the right to post, including anything you were given under a confidentiality agreement;
• identifies a person who has not chosen to be identified, including an interviewer or a recruiter;
• is false and presented as fact, or is defamatory, harassing, threatening or unlawful;
• is racist, misogynist, homophobic or otherwise attacks people for who they are, or is political or religious argument where the space is for something else;
• is material non-public information about a public company;
• is spam, advertising, or a link to any of those.

Community Intel has its own guidelines, which you accept when you pick a handle. We may remove anything you post, and close any account, at our discretion and without notice. Where a post has been deleted by you or by us it is gone; we do not keep an archive of deleted posts.

We do not write, check or endorse what members post. What members post is their own view and their own responsibility. If you believe a post about you or your firm is unlawful, write to us and we will act on a credible complaint.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on SuperdayReps infringes your copyright, email mike@superdayreps.com with the work, where it appears on SuperdayReps, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We will remove material on a valid notice.

6. Paid plans

• Some features are paid. Prices and what they include are on the pricing page at the time you buy.
• Purchases in the iOS app are made through Apple and are subject to the terms Apple sets, including its refund rules. Purchases on the website are billed by our payment processor.
• A subscription renews until you cancel it. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Where we offer a lifetime or founding plan, it lasts for the life of SuperdayReps as a product and is not transferable.
• We may change prices. A change applies to your next renewal, not to a period you have already paid for.

7. Third-party names and marks

SuperdayReps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any firm shown here. Company names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies.

Nothing on SuperdayReps means that any firm has reviewed, approved or is involved with what we say about it or about its recruiting process.

8. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and the privacy policy says what happens to your data when you do. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering SuperdayReps. Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 and 11 survive the end of your account.

9. No warranty

SuperdayReps is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that the Content is accurate or complete, or that using it will get you an interview or an offer. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SuperdayReps and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, offers, income or data, arising from your use of SuperdayReps or from anything a member posts. Our total liability to you for anything arising from SuperdayReps is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars.

11. Your responsibility to us

You will defend and indemnify SuperdayReps and the people who run it against any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from what you post, from your use of the Content outside these terms, or from your breach of these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking will be brought in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Either side may seek an injunction in any court to stop misuse of the Content under section 2.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and for a material change we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect. Using SuperdayReps after that date means you accept the new terms.
